Minelab X-Terra Elite Expedition Pack

Minelab X-Terra Elite Expedition Pack overview

The Expedition Pack takes the X-Terra Elite and adds a second coil and wireless headphones. The detector uses automatic Multi-IQ with seven search modes, 30 segments, Iron Control from -1 to 2 and sensitivity 1 to 25, with a red-backlit display and vibration for ferrous hits. Weight is 1.3 kg and the IP68 body is waterproof to 5 metres.

Having both a V12X (12 by 9 inch) and a V8X (8 by 5 inch) Double-D coil, each with a cover, lets you cover open farmland quickly and then switch to the smaller coil for rubbish-filled corners near old houses. You also get a set of ML-85 wireless headphones with very low audio lag, along with the control unit, magnetic USB cable, built-in flashlight, manual and warranty certificate. The battery is a 5100 mAh internal lithium-ion cell. Made in Australia, 3-year warranty on device and coil.
